What I am offering?

Over the years I have gained valuable therapeutic experience across a wide client base whilst working for the NHS, Occupational Health department and also MIND mental health charity. I am also employed as a counsellor in Higher Education and I am BUPA recognised counsellor. Therefore I have a significant amount of counselling experience in different areas.

I currently work with Breast Cancer Care supporting groups of women living with a secondary diagnoses.

I also undertake regular supervision with a UKCP accredited Supervisor to ensure that best practice can be adhered to in all of my therapeutic work.

How I can help?

I am deeply committed to the work we undertake together and offer a safe confidential space for you to voice your concerns, fears and needs in life. In a constantly changing world, with often ever increasing demands, it is becoming more and more common for people to feel both lost and overwhelmed.

I will endeavour to offer warmth, compassion, hope, guidance and heightened awareness to allow you to feel more able to cope with life’s challenges.

I believe that counselling is a personal investment in your present and future potential, one which enables you press pause, and step away from the pressures of life with its ever increasing demands. Having the time and space solely for you, and in partnership with me, we can find more healthy solutions and navigate a clearer pathway through to new possibilities thereby increasing your ability to experience live life more fully. These demands may include daunting work pressures, painful relationship issues, bereavement, divorce, separation and stress.

I feel privileged to be part of the counselling profession, and would feel honoured to accompany you on your own personal voyage of self-discovery.
